1. Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we ship to the United States, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We're working to expand shipping to more countries soon!

    It's easy! Select your item, click the "ADD TO CART" button, and proceed to checkout. Just fill in your details, and you're all set!
      3. Is this website trustworthy?

        4. What payment methods do you accept?

          6. How long does shipping take?
          All orders are trackable.

          • USA: 1-2 weeks after the tracking number is sent (usually faster!)
          • Canada/UK/Australia/New Zealand: 1.5-2.5 weeks after the tracking number is sent (often faster!)

          7. Where are the items shipped from?
          We work with suppliers from various locations to ensure fast delivery to our customers around the world.

          8. I entered the wrong address or chose the wrong color! Can I change it?
          If you realize a mistake, contact us ASAP! We’ll do our best to correct it, but we can't guarantee changes once your order enters the shipping process. Even if it's shipped, reach out—we’ll still try to help.

          9. What if my item doesn't arrive? Do you guarantee delivery?
          Yes, we 100% guarantee delivery! If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, simply email us at support@yomate.store, and we’ll take care of it.

          10. What if I want a refund?
          We stand by the quality of our products. If you're unhappy or your item arrives damaged, we'll work with you to resolve the issue in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
